• Performance metrics (P&L, Sharpe ratio, win rate, drawdown)
• API request logs (timestamps, endpoints accessed, rate limit usage)
• Backtest configurations and results

Usage Data

We automatically collect standard usage information when you access the Service:

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• Pages visited and features used
• Referring URLs and search terms
• Session duration and interaction patterns

• Operate the platform: authenticate accounts, process trades, calculate leaderboard rankings, and deliver the Service.

• Enforce our Terms: detect and prevent abuse, bot conduct violations, and unauthorized API usage.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: infrastructure hosting (Microsoft Azure), market data providers (Alpaca Markets), and analytics tools that help us operate the platform.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Alpha Garage or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Bot performance data and trading history may be retained indefinitely to preserve leaderboard integrity and historical records.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information (email, credentials) within 30 days. Aggregate, anonymized bot performance data may be retained for platform statistics.

Alpha Garage integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Alpaca Markets, Inc. — market data provider. Subject to Alpaca's disclosures.
• Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure and hosting.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure API key management. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Export your data in a portable format

9. Cookies & Local Storage

Alpha Garage uses browser local storage to maintain your session (API keys, authentication tokens) and user preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, are first-party and anonymized.

Alpha Garage is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
